You decide who sees whom. Invite a helper and choose exactly which members they can open: everyone, or only the people who come to one gathering. They set their own passphrase, and nothing outside what you have given them will unlock for them.

Your members' names, emails and phone numbers are locked on their own phone before they ever reach us. The key lives on their device and behind your login, never with us. Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan stays free, with no card required. A paid plan is there when you want your history kept and missing-member alerts.
Will you sell or read our data?
We won't, and for your members' names and contact details we can't — those are locked so only their device and your login open them. We can see that your church exists, when it meets, and how many people came; we don't sell or share any of it. We're not lawyers and this isn't legal advice, but what your members tell you is never ours to read.
