As a natural person rather than a company, the provider has no entry in the Registro Mercantil, no registered office and no share capital to state.

What the service is and where it is offered

Velyora is attendance check-in software for organisations, supplied online as a subscription. It is offered at velyora.app and at velyora.org; a site at any other domain is not this service. The activity requires no prior administrative authorisation and is not a regulated profession, so no professional body, collegiate number or professional rules stand behind that activity.

The terms of service, the data processing agreement (contrato de encargo del tratamiento), the privacy policy and the consent documents are published at https://velyora.app/terms ; the sub-processor list is published at https://velyora.app/subprocessors . The version of each document you accepted is recorded against your account and is included in the data export you can obtain from it.
